Niharika Nair, a 17 years old from Bengaluru, is empowering tribal communities in Karnataka and Kerala through her Project Tribali. Focused on human rights, healthcare, and education, she has impacted over 1,000 families by securing documents, raising funds, and organizing health camps.

Her work highlights issues like eviction, land mafia, and malnutrition, especially among tribal children. Niharika has also helped 1,200 individuals register for Aadhar cards to access government benefits.
